Dell is of course a world-famous technology brand, with over $88BN of revenue in their most recent financial year.  

They are ranked in 48th place in the Fortune 500 list and sell to more than 98% of Fortune 500 companies.  

Mitch Kennedy is the Global Strategy Lead for Loyalty in Dell across their Consumer, Gaming and Retail businesses and he joins us today to share his thoughts on loyalty as it continues to evolve so dramatically!
